01 The Project

One material language, carried through the entire home.

A ground-up home in Fullerton, built around a single continuous material language: white oak lower cabinetry, honed quartzite that climbs from the counters into a full slab backsplash, and brushed brass hardware repeated from the kitchen through every closet and bath. Black-steel window frames cut a crisp, graphic line through the warmth of the wood, while wide-plank white oak flooring carries the same tone underfoot.

The kitchen centers on a quartzite waterfall island and a paneled professional range, with white oak cabinetry rising two stories under black-steel-framed glass. The primary suite answers in a different key: a freestanding soaking tub sits beneath an Andersen black-steel window, framed by charcoal-navy vanity cabinetry, white quartz counters, and black-framed mirrors, while the spa shower closes the sequence in soft white stone, dual rain heads, and brushed brass fixtures throughout.

A whole home in one language — warm oak, honed stone, and brass, from the entry to the last closet.
